The hotel was clean and staff were all very amiable and excellent co-operating. Liked central heating, a safe, and a coffeemaker in the room. The offered breakfast was large at 10:20. It was an exceptionally nice location near to Baden-Baden, and the center and a lot of restaurants around. Easily reached Romano, located at a short distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there...

The location of Batschari Palais in Baden-Baden is fantastic, right next to the park and close to many great restaurants. the majority of the staff were friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was generous, served until 10:20, with a wide selection of delicious food options.

the whole place was clean and the staff were very friendly and cooperative. the hotel's location was unbeatable and nice in a very quite neighbourhood. besides, it was short walk to the park/hill at the back as well as the center of the town.

Neoclassical building with stunning rooms and a charming bar. Perfect for culture lovers and conveniently located near the city's old quarter. Receptionist was rude but I'm sure it was just her way of making me feel special.
The beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. So inconvenient!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing location, just a stone's throw away from the city center. The reception offers refreshing cold drinks, and the rooms are unbelievably huge, housed in a historic building. Despite being an aparthotel, the lack of services was compensated by the spaciousness of the room and the successful blend of comfort and cleanliness. Easy parking and the ability to walk everywhere made exploring a breeze. The breakfast, though a bit pricey, was worth it, offering a satisfying start to the day.
